Cooking during weekdays are usually done by the house helper that we have. But during weekends, Sundays for that matter, I try to do the cooking myself. Today, the little one requested for "pansit na walang sabaw" or Pancit Canton. I read a recipe of it at this

Lo mien with soy and lemon sauce is so easy for the ingredients are readily available and can be found in your pantry.
I made some adjustments in the recipe like substituting soba noodles for the egg noodles as that was what I had on hand. Also, I made it into a vegetarian pansit as I did not put in the meat. I don't think that those two things that I adjusted made a huge difference for the sauce is the same.
