I really wanted to experiment on this for a long time. I had the chance today because I had a liter of milk that might just turn sour any day now. In order to extend it's shelf life, I decided to try my hand in making Ricotta! =) It's still heating up in the stove and is now way near curdling. I think I might have to exercise my elbows for a an hour or so.
Ok. I have to go back to stirring now. Will post the results later.
